You Brand Coach

Helena became a You Brand Coach in 2008, after a career as an actress in film and television. She has worked internationally with clients ranging from private equity houses to global energy companies and international banks, coaching their leadership teams and working on AGMs and Exit processes. She also works with start-up companies and young people. She was drawn to the You Brand philosophy and methodology “because it works! It is transformational. It combines all the themes I feel passionate about: the physical elements of performance, the psychology of managing relationships, and the extraordinary power of listening."  Helena has an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling focusing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis.
